i hate the feeling of helplessness.when you see a loved one feeling down,and you can't do anything to help because you don't know how to,that feeling sucks.
cos you feel like you're an inadequate something,so much so that you don't know what will cheer them up.and it's at this point that you realise that maybe,comparatively.you're not really that good after all.
sigh.
this was supposed to be something temporary.i thought it would be.but i still feel the nasty pinch of hurt when you're distant and cold.
please cheer up.
